These terms cover this website, not the sale. Alphaereces is the U.S. stocking partner for Alpha Erec: we publish the label, hold stock and pass orders to the seller’s own order page, where every order is actually formed. Nothing here is medical advice, and where a page and the bottle disagree the label wins.

Scope
What these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of alphaereces.com. They do not govern the sale itself, which happens on the seller’s order page under their terms.
By reading, linking to or otherwise using this website you accept the terms on this page as they stand on the day you use it. If you do not accept them the remedy is simple and immediate: stop using the site. Nothing here limits any right you hold under the consumer law of your own state or country.
Alphaereces is the U.S. stocking partner for Alpha Erec. We hold stock, publish the label exactly as it is printed, and pass every order to the Alpha Erec order desk. We do not make the product and we are not the manufacturer. That sentence is the whole of our role, and most of what follows is a consequence of it.

We are not the manufacturer. No manufacturer or distributor is named on the Alpha Erec bottle or in the seller’s listing, so this site records that as not published rather than guessing at a company. We are not the seller either: we do not process payments, ship parcels or issue refunds.

Where the agreement is formed, and by whom
This matters more than it sounds, because it decides who you talk to when something goes wrong.
This website displays prices and pack sizes for information. It holds no cart, takes no payment and issues no confirmation. When you follow a buy link you leave this domain for the seller’s order page, and any agreement to buy is formed there, between you and the seller, on the terms shown to you before you pay.
Prices shown here are the prices we have been given: $69, $59 and $49 a bottle for one, three and six. They are confirmed at checkout before payment, and if the two ever differ the checkout figure is the one that binds. We would like to be told at contact@alphaereces.com so the page can be corrected. Shipping is charged as stated at checkout: free US shipping on the three-bottle and six-bottle packs, charged on a single bottle.
Every question with an order number attached — tracking, a change of address, a missing parcel, a refund, a return — belongs to the order desk on +1 (720) 619-8477, 7:00am - 9:00pm ET, seven days. Those records have never been on this domain and we cannot reach them.

A change in erections is a clinic question, not a website question
NIDDK states that erectile dysfunction may be a symptom of another health problem, and lists diabetes and heart and blood vessel diseases among the most common conditions that can lead to it. Alpha Erec is a dietary supplement rather than a medicine. Its label instructs you to talk to a doctor before use if you take any medicine, and that instruction is part of the product rather than part of our opinion. Individual results vary, and nothing here promises a result or a timeline.
We publish references to government health sources so you can read them yourself. None of those sources tested this formula, and citing them is not a claim that they endorse it.
Accuracy
The label wins, and silence is a policy
Two editorial rules that govern every page on this site.
The label wins. Every product fact here is read off the label images and the seller’s published material. Where those disagree the label is the authority; where the label is silent this site prints not published and stops rather than filling the gap. Labels and formulations change without notice, so the bottle in your hand is always more current than a web page.
Where our sources do not cover an ingredient, we say nothing. Six government sources were opened for this site. Two of the six ingredients on this label are covered by none of them, and for those two we publish the name the label prints and no characterisation of the evidence in either direction.
We do not invent. No amount, no study, no doctor, no reviewer, no rating and no order count on this site was made up. There are no testimonials here because no verified review data was supplied. If you find an invented fact on this site it is an error and we want to hear about it at contact@alphaereces.com.

The writing, tables, scorecard and page arrangement on this site are ours. Product names and label artwork belong to their owners and appear here to describe the product. Short quotations with a link need no permission.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, misrepresent it as your own, or use it to make medical claims on somebody else’s behalf. Automated reading is permitted within the limits published in our robots file.
Third-party links
Links to government sources and to the seller’s order page leave this site. We check the sources we cite on the date shown on each page and cannot control what they publish afterwards. A link is not an endorsement.
Commission
Alphaereces earns a commission when you buy through the links here. It does not change your price, and it has not changed a word of what these pages say about the missing amounts or the empty reviews page.
Limitation of liability. This site is provided as it is, for information. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of it, from reliance on a page superseded by a label change, or from any transaction formed on the seller’s order page. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, and the courts of that state are the venue for any dispute about them. The terms carry the date at the top of this page, currently September 23, 2026, and a change applies from the day it is published rather than backwards to a purchase already made.

Where is my order actually formed?
On the seller's order page, not on this website. Nothing you do on this domain creates a contract, because there is no cart here and no way to pay. The confirmation you receive after paying is the record of the agreement.
If this page and the bottle disagree, which wins?
The bottle. The label in your hand is the authority on what you have bought, and we would rather be corrected by it than defended against it. Tell us at contact@alphaereces.com and the page is fixed.
Can I quote or reproduce these pages?
Short quotations with a link back are welcome and need no permission. Wholesale reproduction of the pages, the tables or the scorecard is not, because the arrangement and the writing are ours even where the underlying facts are not.
Do you promise the product will do anything?
No, and no page here does. Alpha Erec is a dietary supplement rather than a medicine, individual results vary, and no published human trial on the finished formula has reached us.
