These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Read it slowly, because it says two separate things. The first is that nobody at the agency has evaluated the statements made about this product. The FDA explains why: under DSHEA, FDA does not have the authority to approve dietary supplements before they are marketed, and where a firm makes a structure/function claim it is the firm that must have substantiation that the claim is truthful and not misleading.
The second is that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Erectile dysfunction is a medical symptom and its causes are medical conditions. Nothing on this site says or implies that Alpha Erec treats any of them, and if you ever read a sentence here that sounds as though it does, that sentence is an error and we want to be told at contact@alphaereces.com.

Nothing published here is medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment plan, and no page should be used to decide whether to start, stop or change a medicine. The label itself carries the instruction to talk to a doctor before use if you take any medicine.
NIDDK states that erectile dysfunction may be a symptom of another health problem, and lists diabetes and heart and blood vessel diseases among the most common conditions that can lead to it. That makes it a reason to be examined rather than a reason to shop, which is the position of the ED basics guide and does not change on the pages that sell things. FDA separately publishes notifications about sexual enhancement products found to contain undeclared prescription drug ingredients; that is a statement about the category, and nothing we have read says Alpha Erec has been tested or named in one.
Results vary. Alpha Erec is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. No outcome is promised anywhere on this site, no timeline is promised, and no published human trial on the finished formula has reached us.

Two disclosures that belong next to each other
There are no reviews on this site. No verified review data has been supplied for this product. The figures and testimonials that came with the stock pack are marked in that pack as layout copy, which means they are placeholders rather than real customers. We will not publish placeholder testimonials as though they were people, and we do not publish a star rating we cannot stand behind. If the seller supplies a real review export we will publish it here and say where it came from.
This site earns a commission. Alphaereces earns a commission when you buy through the links here. It does not change your price. It also did not change the finding on every page about the missing amounts, the decision to leave the reviews page empty, or the scorecard on the label guide that this product fails four checks on. A disclosure is worth little unless the writing behind it is willing to cost the writer something.
We never invent a fact, a doctor or a reviewer. There are no invented specialists on this site, no stock-photo experts, no composite testimonials and no quotations nobody said. Where a figure is missing this site writes not published. On this label that phrase has to stand in the place of every single amount, which is not a comfortable thing to publish about stock we hold.
Claims
What a supplement may say, and what this one says
The rules that decide what a label is allowed to claim, and how this one behaves under them.
The FDA sets out a category it calls structure/function claims: claims that describe the role of a nutrient or dietary ingredient intended to affect the structure or function of the body in humans, or characterize the documented mechanism by which it acts to maintain that structure or function. Where a manufacturer or distributor makes one, the agency says the firm must have substantiation that the claim is truthful and not misleading, and a claim of that kind has to carry the disclaimer printed at the top of this page.
Measured against that, the bottle itself is restrained. Its printed lines are Alpha Erec, Men's Performance Gummy, 30 Gummies, Dietary Supplement, and not one of them names a disease, promises a result or gives a timeline. The seller’s sales copy is where the claims live: supports healthy blood flow and circulation; boosts natural testosterone production; enhances energy, stamina and drive. Those are structure/function language rather than disease language, and this site reports them as the seller’s claims rather than as findings.
The restraint is worth crediting and it does not close the question. A claim you cannot check is still a claim, and with no amount published for any of the six named ingredients there is nothing on this label a reader could use to test one.

The label wins. Where our pages and the printed label disagree, the label is right and the page is wrong. Formulations and labels change without notice, so the bottle in your hand is more current than anything published here. Tell us at contact@alphaereces.com and the page is corrected.
The seals are listing artwork. Ten quality marks appear in the seller’s graphics, from GMP certified facility to 60-day money-back satisfaction. Nothing we have seen says any of them is printed on the bottle, so no page here calls them label marks. A facility registration is a fact about a building rather than a verdict on a formula.

- Every amount. No Supplement Facts panel was supplied, no milligram figure is published for any of the six ingredients, and there is not even a blend total. Six named plants and amino acids with no amount against any of them is the central gap on this label.
- A manufacturer or distributor name. Nothing on the bottle or the listing names who makes it.
- The other ingredients. A gummy is mostly its base, and none of it is published.
- A printed best-before date and any storage instruction.
- A certificate of analysis document. The lot and CoA references supplied are draft label values rather than laboratory proof.
- Any verified review data. What came with the pack is marked as layout copy, so this site publishes no rating, no order count and no testimonials.
- Any published human trial on the finished Alpha Erec formula.
- Any source we could open on horny goat weed or maca, which is why this site says nothing about their evidence rather than filling the gap.

Does the FDA statement mean the product is unsafe?
No. It means nobody at the agency has evaluated the statements made about it, because under DSHEA the FDA does not have the authority to approve dietary supplements before they are marketed. It describes a process rather than passing a verdict on a bottle.
Why does this site criticise a product it sells?
Because the alternative is to be useless. The missing amounts are the reason most people arrive here, and burying that to protect a commission would make every other page worth less than nothing.
Can I rely on these pages instead of reading the bottle?
No, and we would rather you did not. Labels change without notice, the bottle in your hand is more current than any web page, and where the two disagree the label is right.
Are the lot and certificate numbers proof of testing?
No. The lot and certificate references supplied with this stock are draft label values, not laboratory proof. No certificate of analysis document has been supplied to us and we have not seen one.
