The process
Five stages, in the order they have to happen

Have these four things in front of you
The order number from the order email, the card you paid with, the lot code on the bottle (ALP-26/AL-2746 on this stock) and the date you paid. The last matters because the published term is 60 days from purchase and the event that starts it is never defined, so the date on your receipt is the only date either side can point at.
Count the bottles too: opened, part-used and still sealed. Nothing published says those are treated differently, which is exactly why the desk will ask.
One number, seven days a week

One address, and it is not the office
Returns go to 1540 Broadway, Suite 1400, New York, NY 10036, USA. The office address, 601 West 26th Street, Floor 4, New York, NY 10001, USA, is a different building and a parcel sent there is a parcel nobody is waiting for.
The buyer pays return shipping, and the seller asks you to use tracking. A tracked service is the only proof either side will have that the parcel moved, and that burden sits with whoever posted it.
Put the order number on or in the parcel. Unlabelled bottles arriving at a returns address cannot be matched to a refund.
Two clocks, running one after the other
3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it.
Those waits do not overlap. The first belongs to the desk and starts when it credits the order; the second belongs to your bank and starts when the first ends. Added together the outside figure is longer than either number alone, which is why a refund can be correctly processed and still invisible on your statement.
The money returns to the card that paid. Whether it can be sent anywhere else is not published.
What to do, in order
First, count business days rather than calendar days, and count from the date the desk said it credited the order rather than the date you posted the parcel.
Second, check the statement for the original charge and make sure you are looking at the right card. A refund cannot land on a card that did not pay.
Third, call +1 (720) 619-8477 with the order number and the tracking number for the return. Those two strings resolve almost every case.

Two clocks
Why a processed refund can still be invisible
3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it.
The first clock is the seller’s. It starts when the desk credits the order and runs 3 to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends, so a credit issued on a Thursday is easily a week in calendar terms.
The second is your bank’s. It starts when the first finishes and runs a further 5 to 10 days. Nobody at either desk can shorten it.
Add the two and the outside case is materially longer than either figure suggests alone. That is the commonest reason a refund call happens twice, and why this page prints both clocks rather than the friendlier one.
The money goes back to the card that paid. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted at checkout, and a refund cannot land anywhere the original charge did not.
The two addresses are not interchangeable

Parcels go to the first one. The second is the correspondence address for the website desk and nobody there is expecting bottles.
Confirm the return address on the call before you post. An address printed on a website is not a substitute for the one the desk gives you on the day.

Seven things this policy does not say
A refund page is judged by what it admits it does not know, so here is the list in full rather than a reassuring paragraph in its place.

What a refund does not undo
The part of this that money cannot settle
A refund returns the price of the product. It does not return the return postage. The buyer pays return shipping, and the seller asks you to use tracking.
It also does not answer the question that sent you looking for one. If you took a bottle for 30 days and nothing changed, the guarantee gives the money back and nobody can tell you what you actually took, because no amount is published for any of the six named ingredients.
And if the reason for stopping was a reaction rather than disappointment, the money is the smaller question. Stop, keep the bottle and the lot code, and speak to a clinician if it is serious. The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases says that erectile dysfunction may be a symptom of another health problem, and lists diabetes and heart and blood vessel diseases among the most common conditions that can lead to it.
